IDO Lashes Return & Refund Policy

At IDO Lashes, we take pride in our premium, handmade lash products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all returns and refunds are only accepted for items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Returns

Unopened Items Only: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, worn, or used. Items must be returned with seals intact.

Return Window: For unwanted items, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale or promotional items are excluded from returns, refunds, or exchanges unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return

Processing Time: Returns may take up to 14 working days to be processed once received at our HQ.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days (International).

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us; we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

For international returns outside the EU, please mark parcels clearly as “RETURNED GOODS” and declare the value as zero to avoid customs fees.

Handmade Note

Each pair of our lashes is handmade with care, so slight variations in hair placement may occur. This is part of the unique craftsmanship and is not considered a fault.

Discounts

Only one discount code or offer may be used per order.

Discounts are provided exclusively by IDO Lashes Ltd. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
