1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods, sales, or holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

IDO Lashes is based in Wales, United Kingdom, and we currently ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: 5–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal services.

4. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

IDO Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
